Terms and Conditions for Referral Bonus Payments, Refunds, and Payouts

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Referral Bonus Payments, Refunds, and Payouts offered by Digital Vimal Labs (“Company”). By participating in the referral program, you (“Referrer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the referral program, the Referrer must be a registered user of the Company’s services.
2.2. The Referrer must provide a valid UPI ID to receive payments.
2.3. The minimum payout amount is Rs. 1000/-. No payments will be processed for amounts less than this threshold.

3. Referral Bonus Calculation
3.1. Referral bonuses are calculated based on the successful completion of referral invoices.
3.2. A referral invoice is deemed successful only after the closure of the cancellation/refund window, which is 21 days from the date of the invoice.

4. Payout Schedule
4.1. Payouts for referral bonuses are processed every 30 days.
4.2. Payments will be made to the UPI ID provided by the Referrer during the registration process or as updated in the Referrer’s account settings.

5. Payment and Refunds
5.1. The Company will process the payout to the Referrer’s provided UPI ID within the scheduled payout period.
5.2. In case of any discrepancies in the payout amount, the Referrer must notify the Company within 7 days of receiving the payment.
5.3. If a referral invoice is cancelled or refunded within the 21-day window, the corresponding referral bonus will not be eligible for payout.
5.4. If a payout has already been made for a referral invoice that is later cancelled or refunded within the 21-day window, the amount will be deducted from the next payout cycle.

6. Updating UPI Information
6.1. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that their UPI ID is correct and up-to-date in the Company’s records.
6.2. The Company will not be responsible for any delays or failures in payments due to incorrect or outdated UPI information.

7. Fraudulent Activities
7.1. The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel any referral bonuses if fraudulent activity is suspected.
7.2. Any attempts to manipulate the referral program may result in termination of the Referrer’s account and forfeiture of all referral bonuses.

8. Amendments
8.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Continued participation in the referral program after any such amendments shall constitute your consent to such changes.

9. Termination
9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time, for any reason.
9.2. In the event of termination, any pending referral bonuses will be paid out in accordance with these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
